Refund policy

Refund ONLY approved if product shows visible damage upon delivery’s arrival, from us and not due to neglect on behalf of customer ( leaving outside due to being out of town or delayed package opening)  Product to be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customer pays for shipping.

We create each order specifically for the item bought. Please note that due to our made to order process ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please double-check your size before placing your order, as all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for incorrect sizing. We strongly advise this.
